I'm thrilled to share with you this incredible artwork by the talented Marc Silvestri, which I had the privilege of coloring. When I first laid eyes on this piece, I was immediately captivated by its potential. I wanted to bring out the enigmatic aura surrounding Dr. Doom while accentuating the chilling atmosphere of the night scene.

To achieve this, I decided to introduce a misty fog that shrouds Doom and his imposing castle, evoking an air of mystery. The choice of a cool blue palette further emphasizes the character's icy demeanor, seamlessly blending with the nighttime setting. Meanwhile, the vibrant green of Doom's clothing serves as a striking contrast, adding an element of intrigue and visual interest.

One of my favorite aspects of this artwork was the opportunity to play with lighting. I utilized the moon as a backdrop, allowing me to create mesmerizing glows and enhance the dramatic impact. The castle windows provided the perfect canvas to add subtle hints of warm light, injecting a touch of color variation and further enriching the piece.
